This modern gypset look has always been one that makes me feel like ME. It's laid back with a beautiful aesthetic that creates that whimsical-boho flow and has an edge that says keep your head up and your heart strong .. walk in confidence. Think sunsets and popsicles melting, picnics in the park and laying out on lawn, sangria with some pretty spring tulips on your table, think festival days and records playing..
I fell in love with this Lily of the Valley dress the moment I saw it. Perfect for transitioning into spring with a pair of leather sandals or booties for a more urban-moto feel. I paired this dress with a cool long turquoise gem necklace by Elizabeth Volk Design and a bronze choker I picked up from a local street vendor.
I had the most fun ever doing this shoot with my talented friend Courtney Pittman. She had the amazing idea of adding smoke bombs on a garage roof top and watching the sun set. It was magical.. and hilarious because no one tells you that smoke bombs burn your eyes so bad so the outtakes of this shoot were bomb. HA. But seriously, it's probably why I am laughing in half my photos..
***This Free People bohemian dream of a dress says hello music festival (and its on sale! shh).
